2. Services Offered
We offer the following services:
Done-for-You LinkedIn Management — $2,000/month: Ongoing LinkedIn content creation, profile optimization, daily engagement, and connection growth.
LinkedIn Consulting Session — $497: A single 90-minute strategy and optimization session.
LinkedIn WhatsApp Community — $197/month: Access to a private group coaching community with live content reviews and frameworks.
Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in the individual service agreements provided at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due as outlined at the time of purchase or as stated in your service agreement.
Monthly retainer services (Done-for-You, Community) are billed on a recurring basis.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Services: You may cancel your subscription with a minimum of 14 days' written notice prior to your next billing date. Cancellations received after this window will be applied to the following billing cycle.
Consulting Session: Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of done-for-you and service-based work, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you have concerns about service quality, please contact us directly at hello@temimaneckameyer.com and we will work to address them promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver results, clients agree to:
Participate in onboarding calls and provide necessary background, stories, and business information
Review and approve content drafts in a timely manner
Provide LinkedIn account access where required for service delivery
Communicate feedback or concerns promptly so adjustments can be made
Results depend in part on client responsiveness and cooperation. Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to a refund or service extension.
7. Results Disclaimer
While we have a strong track record of generating results for clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of leads, followers, or revenue. LinkedIn results depend on many factors including your industry, offer, market, and audience. Testimonials shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results.
8. Intellectual Property
All content created on your behalf — including posts, profile copy, and frameworks — is intended for your personal business use. You retain ownership of content published to your LinkedIn profile. We retain the right to reference our work (without sharing confidential information) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, systems, and training materials. These may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business strategies, and account access as strictly confidential. Clients agree to keep any proprietary frameworks, strategies, or materials shared within the WhatsApp Community or consulting sessions confidential and not distribute them to others.
10. Account Access & LinkedIn Platform Rules
Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies. We make every effort to operate within LinkedIn's guidelines, but we are not liable for any account restrictions or actions taken by LinkedIn as a result of platform policy changes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Temima Neckameyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication.
